Hypnotherapy Hypnosis or Learning to use the power of your own mind. Achieving through your own Mind Power "Have you ever stopped to think why some people succeed and others do not? The answer quite often lies simply with their attitude, how they use their mental skills." The power of the mind is incredible. How you think and what you think, even though you may not be aware of it, directly affects your performance. You can for example stop yourself from achieving a perfectly realistic goal just because you believe or imagine you can't. Many issues that people wish to deal with such as; lack of confidence, anxiety, nail biting, lack of sleep and smoking relate to learned behaviour patterns and beliefs seated deep in the subconscious. Hypnosis and Self Empowerment training can help you change These learned behaviour patterns, or habits, and beliefs have usually been developed over a long period of time and are well established; you may not even be aware of how or why you learned them. Because they are in your subconscious they function automatically, often without you being consciously aware of them. Learned behaviour patterns and beliefs can be changed, you can relearn, retrain yourself, and this is the pathway I take you down. You can become more confident, less anxious, stop smoking and so on, and often it is much easier than you think. Your mental powers are much greater than you may realise By helping you develop your self awareness and the skills to bring about change, I can help you to towards achieving your goal. A natural, logical and powerful process. Once you have learned the process and made the first change you can use it as a stepping stone to achieving other goals...it is a beneficial tool that you can use for the rest of your life. I don't provide cures for problems, I am like a coach who helps an athlete achieve their goal...I help you but I can't do it for you. I can't and don't advise or tell you what you must do, I can only offer ideas and options which may help you in making your own decisions. Like a coach, I can offer well proven methods and help, but ultimately the decision and the responsibility for your actions and results lie with you. To get the results you have to put the work in. These methods are tools that have been used effectively by countless people to make positive change in their lives. The reasonable probability is that they will be effective for you too. Please don't look for an instant fix, sometimes the solution to the problem may not lie where you think it does. The solution in stopping smoking, for example, may lie in finding, and dealing with, the reason for smoking rather than avoiding putting a cigarette in your mouth. So, if you smoke when under stress is better to remove or, at least learn how to handle, the stress, before you work to quit smoking. Sometimes physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach upsets, rashes and extreme tiredness may be linked to stress and anxiety and may be alleviated with the help I provide. Please, however, do not use this help as an alternative to good medical care. Please always consult your doctor if you are in any doubt about your health or require medical attention. Can I guarantee that you will get the result you want ? No, in all truth I cannot. The methods I use are well proven and generally people who are committed to their goal get good results. Everyone is different, some make quick progress, some slow, but ultimately it is again like the coach and athlete, it is all down to the individual Help is provided on a session by session basis and if you do not think the current session has been of help, then you will not be charged for that session. This is the limit of any liability and no liability can be accepted for the results you obtain or the decisions, or actions, you or other parties take. Although it is unlikely to happen, I do reserve the right to refuse help or discontinue sessions at any time. All sessions are confidential but please be aware that such confidentiality may be limited by law or medical requirement. If you would like to have a friend accompany you during sessions, please do. Please do not bring children with you. Sessions normally last an hour. If you would like an appointment or would like to know more please contact The Centre. Also please help by filling in a form which will sent to you upon booking, bring it with you to your appointment. All information will remain confidential. |
