LEARN TO MEDITATE - A SIX WEEK COURSE
The regular practice of meditation for a little as a few minutes a day can change and improve  your life immeasurably; physically, mentally and spiritually.  In these sessions you will be introduced to different ways to achieve the altered state of consciousness that is a "meditative state" and be assisted in choosing the method best suited to your life.

Wednesdays evenings from 7pm - 9pm for 6 weeks from 12th September to 17th October.
